Zusammenfassung:To provide: a hot-spring boiled egg which is placed in a sealed container for distribution, having a high handling performance, and has texture and appearance similar to eggs cooked with a shell; and a production method for such a hot-spring boiled egg.SOLUTION: A hot-spring boiled egg X in a container includes a hot-spring boiled egg 1 and a storage container 2 which contains the hot-spring boiled egg 1. The storage container 2 has a storage part 21 with a volume at least larger than that of a liquid egg corresponding to one egg.
