To provide a garment body of an air-conditioning garment and the air-conditioning garment, whose functions do not easily deteriorate when worn under another garment and the like.SOLUTION: A garment body 1 is formed by using a fabric C that does not have air permeability or has air permeability enough to be inflated by introduction of air by a fan 2 and includes a fan fitting hole 13 for fitting the fan 2, and an air discharge part 14 for discharging air introduced by the fan 2.
