Zusammenfassung:To provide a preparation process of ferric phosphate with a low impurity content, high yield, and a fast reaction rate, and a system thereof.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a preparation process of ferric phosphate by kettle type external circulation mixing and agitating including a step of adding an iron salt solution, a monoammonium phosphate solution, and a protective agent to a reaction pot, allowing the obtained mixed liquid for preliminary reaction at 90 to 100°C, then, after the preliminary reaction, conducting a kettle type external circulation reaction at 85 to 90°C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】不純物の含有量が低く、収率が高く、反応速度が速いリン酸第二鉄の調製プロセスおよびそのシステムを提供する。【解決手段】ケトル型外部循環混合攪拌によるリン酸第二鉄の調製プロセスを開示し、鉄塩溶液、モノアンモニウムリン酸溶液、保護剤を反応釜に加え、得られた混合液を90~100℃で予備反応させ、予備反応後、85~90℃でケトル型外部循環反応を行うステップを含む。【選択図】図1
