Zusammenfassung: | To provide an electric conductive roller that is suppressed from increasing in electric resistance value in continuous electric supply and also small in variation in electric resistance value with use environment.SOLUTION: An electric conductive roller for electrophotography has an electric conductive shaft core body and at least one electric conductive elastic layer covering the electric conductive shaft core body, and the electric conductive elastic layer is formed of a rubber composition containing a rubber component and an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, wherein the rubber component contains acrylonitrile butadiene rubber and epichlorohydrin rubber, the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer contains 10 to 50 mass% of vinyl acetate, and the rubber composition contains 2 to 15 pts.mass of the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer with respect to 100 pts.mass of the rubber component.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】連続通電時の電気抵抗値の上昇が抑制され、かつ、使用環境による電気抵抗値の変化量が小さい導電性ローラを提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】電子写真用導電性ローラは、導電性軸芯体と前記導電性軸芯体を被覆する少なくとも1層の導電性弾性層を有し、前記導電性弾性層が、ゴム成分、エチレン-酢酸ビニル共重合体を含有するゴム組成物から形成されており、前記ゴム成分が、アクリロニトリルブタジエンゴムとエピクロルヒドリンゴムを含有し、前記エチレン-酢酸ビニル共重合体の酢酸ビニル含有率が10質量%~50質量%であり、前記ゴム組成物中のエチレン-酢酸ビニル共重合体の含有量が、前記ゴム成分100質量部に対して2質量部~15質量部であるいることを特徴とする。【選択図】なし |
