Zusammenfassung:To provide a failure evaluation system, method and program for automatically generating a model with high generalization performance.SOLUTION: A failure evaluation system which calculates failure probability of components constituting a machine system includes: a maintenance history database for accumulating maintenance history data of the machine system; a time-series operation database for storing time-series operation data indicating changes in operation state of the machine system; and a failure probability evaluation unit which refers to the maintenance history database and the time-series operation database to determine a failure probability function representing failure probability of the components at each point of time, and calculates failure probability of the components on the basis of the determined failure probability function. The failure probability evaluation unit includes: a data group generation unit which divides the maintenance history data and the time-series operation data, as data for determining the failure probability function, into multiple pieces of data; and a generalization performance maximization unit which determines a failure probability function for minimized divergences between multiple failure probability functions which are determined for each of the multiple pieces of data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】汎化性能の高いモデルを自動で生成する故障評価システム、方法及びプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】機械システムを構成する部品の故障確率を計算する故障評価システムであって、機械システムの保全履歴データを蓄積する保全履歴データベースと、機械システムの稼動状態の変化を表す時系列稼動データを格納する時系列稼動データベースと、保全履歴データベース及び時系列稼動データベースを参照して、部品の各時点での故障確率を表す故障確率関数を決定し、決定した故障確率関数に基づき部品の故障確率を計算する故障確率評価部と、を備える。故障確率評価部は、保全履歴データ及び時系列稼動データを、故障確率関数を決定するためのデータとして、複数のデータに分割するデータ群生成部を含み、複数のデータそれぞれに対して決定される複数の故障確率関数間の乖離が最小化される場合の故障確率関数を決定する汎化性能最大化部を備える。【選択図】図1
