Zusammenfassung:To enable detection of a pressure value in a first range as well as a pressure value in a second range that is higher than the first range.SOLUTION: A pressure sensor 100 comprises a cavity 42a, a membrane 48 configured to be deformed by a difference between pressure in the cavity and pressure outside the cavity, and an ASDIC 30. The membrane 48 has a facing portion facing the cavity 42a. One of a peripheral part and a central part of the facing portion is a thin part, and the other is a thick part that is thicker than the thin part. The ASIC 30 detects a pressure value in a first range based on a first output value at the thin part.
