Zusammenfassung:To provide a method for producing a granule including a nuclear particle by using an ordinary granulation method for obtaining a granulated product, a granule including a nuclear particle produced by the production method, and a pharmaceutical composition and a pharmaceutical preparation which include the granule including a nuclear particle.SOLUTION: A granulation method according to one embodiment of the present invention in which granulation liquid having a mist diameter (D50) which is a particle diameter (D50) of a nuclear particles or less is sprayed on a mixture including a raw drug and the nuclear particles for granulation. The granulation liquid may be water. Further, the particle diameter (D50) of the nuclear particles may be larger than the particle diameter (D50) of the raw drug.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】造粒物を得るための一般的な造粒方法を用いて核粒子を含む顆粒を製造する方法を提供する。また、その製造方法により製造された核粒子を含む顆粒を提供する。また、その核粒子を含む顆粒を含む医薬組成物及び製剤を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の一実施形態に係る造粒方法は、原薬及び核粒子を含む混合物に、前記核粒子の粒子径(D50)以下のミスト径(D50)を有する造粒液を噴霧して、造粒する。前記造粒液が水であってもよい。また、前記核粒子の粒子径(D50)は、前記原薬の粒子径(D50)よりも大きくてもよい。【選択図】図1
