METHOD FOR PRODUCING GRANULE INCLUDING NUCLEAR PARTICLE, GRANULE INCLUDING NUCLEAR PARTICLE, PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION THAT INCLUDES GRANULE INCLUDING NUCLEAR PARTICLE, AND PHARMACEUTICAL PREPARATION INCLUDING PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION

To provide a method for producing a granule including a nuclear particle by using an ordinary granulation method for obtaining a granulated product, a granule including a nuclear particle produced by the production method, and a pharmaceutical composition and a pharmaceutical preparation which include the granule including a nuclear particle.SOLUTION: A granulation method according to one embodiment of the present invention in which granulation liquid having a mist diameter (D50) which is a particle diameter (D50) of a nuclear particles or less is sprayed on a mixture including a raw drug and the nuclear particles for granulation. The granulation liquid may be water.
