To provide a seamless can body capable of suppressing buckling by simultaneously thinning the plate thickness of a blank and increasing the pressure resistance of a can bottom and solving the problem of black discoloration or cleaning, and a method for manufacturing the seamless can body.SOLUTION: A seamless can body 1 comprises a cylindrical barrel part 10 and a can bottom 20.
