To provide a working machine in which hydraulic oil from a filter hardly leaks when the filter is detached from a case.SOLUTION: A working machine comprises: a hydrostatic type continuously variable transmission device 15 comprising a hydraulic pump for pumping hydraulic oil, a hydraulic motor to be driven by the hydraulic oil from the hydraulic pump, and a case 19 housing the hydraulic pump and the hydraulic motor; and a filter 16 detachably attached to an upper surface part of the case 19, and for filtering the hydraulic oil to be supplied to the continuously variable transmission device 15. The case 19 is provided with a discharge part 23 for discharging the hydraulic oil from the filter 16 to the outside of the case 19.
