To provide a patch medicine support used for preparing a patch medicine coated with an adhesive containing various medicines, where a film layer and a fiber layer are laminated and integrated, and manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: "A patch medicine support including a film layer and a fiber layer containing adhesive fibers, where the film layer and the fiber layer are laminated and integrated by the adhesive fibers", the patch medicine support can prevent wrinkles from being formed on the film layer and prevent delamination from being formed between the film layer and the fiber layer. when the patch medicine support has at least the following configurations 1 and 2. Configuration 1: A principal surface of the fiber layer in the film layer side has at least bidirectional fiber orientation.
