Zusammenfassung:To provide a method and device for evaluating and diagnosing streaming electrification of a transformer housing insulation oil, and a method for suppressing the streaming electrification.SOLUTION: In a streaming electrification evaluation diagnostic method for an electric device having a solid insulator dipped in insulation oil, a circulation flow passage by insulation oil sampled from an electric device in operation is constituted, solid insulator particulates separated from the solid insulator contained in the insulation oil and electrically charged are gathered by a metal filter installed in the circulation flow passage or paper filter support by metal meshes installed in the circulation flow passage, and a DC voltage or a rectified AC voltage is applied to a counter electrode for electric field application provided in the circulation flow passage of the insulation oil to analyze secular change in degree of electrification occurring to the metal filter or metal meshes so as to evaluate electrochemical characteristics of a chemical component in the insulation oil which affects streaming electrification.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】本発明は、絶縁油を収容した変圧器の流動帯電を評価し診断する方法と装置及び流動帯電を抑制する方法の提供を目的とする。【解決手段】本発明は、固体絶縁物が絶縁油中に浸漬された電気機器の流動帯電評価診断方法であって、稼働中の電気機器から採取した絶縁油による循環流路を構成し、絶縁油に含まれる固体絶縁物から剥離して帯電した固体絶縁物微粒子を循環流路に設置した金属フィルターで捕集するか、あるいは、循環流路に設置した金属メッシュで支持した紙フィルターで捕集するとともに、絶縁油の循環流路内に設けた電界印加用の対向電極に直流電圧もしくは整流された交流電圧を印加し、金属フィルター、あるいは、金属メッシュに生じる帯電度の経時変化を解析することにより、流動帯電に影響を及ぼす絶縁油中化学成分の電気化学的特性を評価することを特徴とする。【選択図】図2
