Zusammenfassung: | To provide an aluminum alloy forged product having more excellent mechanical properties by controlling the structure of precipitates formed by artificial aging treatment more highly than before.SOLUTION: There is provided an aluminum alloy forged product which is made of an aluminum alloy comprising 0.25 mass% or more and 0.45 mass% or less of Cu, 0.95 mass% or more and 1.25 mass% or less of Mg, 0.60 mass% or more and 0.85 mass% or less of Si, 0.05 mass% or more and 0.20 mass% or less of Mn, 0.15 mass% or more and 0.42 mass% or less of Fe, 0.25 mass% or less of Zn, 0.15 mass% or more and 0.35 mass% or less of Cr, 0.01 mass% or more and 0.1% or less of Ti, 0.0010 mass% or more and 0.030 mass% or less of B and the remainder Al and unavoidable impurities, wherein when observing the Al base phase at the incidence by TEM, the precipitates include precipitates of the C phase, Q' phase and β'' phase.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】人工時効処理によって形成される析出物の構造を従来以上に高度に制御して、より優れた機械的特性を有するアルミニウム合金鍛造品を提供することである。【解決手段】本発明のアルミニウム合金鍛造品は、Cuを0.25質量%以上0.45質量%以下、Mgを0.95質量%以上1.25質量%以下、Siを0.60質量%以上0.85質量%以下、Mnを0.05質量%以上0.20質量%以下、Feを0.15質量%以上0.42質量%以下、Znを0.25質量%以下、Crを0.15質量%以上0.35質量%以下、Tiを0.01質量%以上0.1質量%以下、Bを0.0010質量%以上0.030質量%以下で含有し、残部がAl及び不可避不純物からなるアルミニウム合金からなるアルミニウム合金鍛造品で、TEMによってAl母相に対して<100>入射で観察した際に析出物として、C相、Q'相及びβ''相の析出物が含まれている。【選択図】図3 |
