Zusammenfassung:	To alleviate congestion at charging facilities.SOLUTION: A charging system has: a vehicle computer mounted on an electric vehicle having a power storage apparatus and a communication apparatus; a plurality of charging facility computers arranged at each charging facility having a charging apparatus capable of charging the power storage apparatus of the electric vehicle and the communication apparatus; and a charging system management server. The charging system management server is configured to: input information regarding a congestion status at a predetermined charging facility in response to a charging request from the vehicle computer at the predetermined charging facility; and transmit to the vehicle computer a message indicating that a predetermined incentive will be granted if charging is performed at the predetermined charging facility during a time period when the congestion status at the predetermined charging facility is estimated to be less than a predetermined status.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】充電施設の混雑を緩和する。【解決手段】充電システムは、蓄電装置と通信装置とを有する電動車に搭載された車両用コンピュータと、電動車の蓄電装置の充電が可能な充電装置と通信装置とを有する各充電施設に配置された複数の充電施設用コンピュータと、充電システム用管理サーバとを有する。充電システム用管理サーバは、車両用コンピュータからの所定の充電施設による充電要請に対し、所定の充電施設における混雑状況に関する情報を入力し、所定の充電施設における混雑状況が所定状況未満になると推定される時間帯に所定の充電施設による充電を行なう場合には所定のインセンティブを付与する旨を車両用コンピュータに送信する。【選択図】図３
