Zusammenfassung: | To provide a foam molded body capable of exhibiting an antibacterial property without containing an antibacterial component.SOLUTION: A foam molded body is molded from polylactic acid, and has a developed interface area ratio (Sdr) value of a composite parameter of a three-dimensional surface property measured from a surface of a contact surface that comes into contact with a food product being in a range of 20 to 200%. A plurality of storage recesses 11 are formed in a fruit and vegetable storage tray 1 formed of the foam molded body made of the polylactic acid, the storage recess 11 has an inner surface 11a formed in a semispherical shape, and the storage recess 11 stores the fruit and vegetable as a food product. The fruit and vegetable storage tray 1 made of the foam molded body has the Sdr value in the range of 20 to 200%, and can have many boundaries in contact with the fruit and vegetable, thereby can exhibit an antibacterial property without containing an antibacterial component.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】抗菌成分を含有することなく、抗菌性を発揮することができる発泡成形体を提供すること。【解決手段】発泡成形体は、ポリ乳酸から成形され、食品と接する接触面の表面から測定された三次元表面性状の複合パラメータの展開界面面積率(Sdr)の値が20~200%の範囲である。ポリ乳酸からなる発泡成形体から形成された青果物収容トレイ1には、複数の収容凹部11が形成され、収容凹部11は、内側面11aが半球面状に形成され、収容凹部11には食品として青果物が収容される。発泡成形体からなる青果物収容トレイ1は、Sdrの値が20~200%の範囲であり、青果物と接する境界を多く設けることができるため、抗菌成分を含有させることなく、抗菌性を発揮することができる。【選択図】図1 |
