Zusammenfassung: | To provide a water treatment system and a water treatment method, capable of reducing costs such as equipment costs and fuel costs in operating a water treatment facility by reducing a construction cost of the water treatment facility.SOLUTION: The water treatment system includes a water treatment facility located in the site of a water-treatment business operator and a power generation facility located in the site of a power-generation business operator. The water treatment facility comprises a solid fuel production unit drying dehydrated sludge using a heat medium supplied from the power generation facility to produce sludge fuel, and a storage unit storing treated water obtained by treating water flowing into the water treatment facility. The power generation facility comprises a power generation unit generating power using heat generated by combusting the sludge fuel as fuel, a first boiler heating the heat medium to be supplied to the water treatment facility using heat generated by combustion, a heat medium supply unit supplying the water treatment facility with the heat medium heated by the first boiler, a condenser cooling the heat medium having passed through the turbine of the power generation unit with the treated water to condense the heat medium, and a return flow path returning the treated water used by the condenser to cool the heat medium, to the storage unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】水処理施設の建設費の削減により、水処理施設の事業運営における設備費や燃料費などのコストを削減することが可能な水処理システム及び水処理方法を提供する。【解決手段】水処理事業者の敷地内に設けられる水処理施設と発電事業者の発電施設とを含む水処理システムであり、水処理施設は脱水された汚泥を発電施設から供給される熱媒体で乾燥して汚泥燃料化物を生成する固形燃料生成部と、水処理施設に流入した水を水処理して得られる処理水を貯留する貯留部とを有し、発電施設は汚泥燃料化物を燃料として燃焼させて生じる熱を利用して発電する発電部と、燃焼により発生した熱で水処理施設へ供給される熱媒体を加熱する第1ボイラと、第1ボイラに加熱された熱媒体を水処理施設に供給する熱媒体供給部と、発電部のタービンを通過した熱媒体を処理水で冷却して凝縮する凝縮器と、凝縮器で冷却に用いられた処理水を貯留部に返送する返送流路とを有する。【選択図】図6 |
