To provide a holder that excels in a feeling of wearing as well as making slipping down preventable.SOLUTION: An annular holder 1 is worn around the waist of a user as well as holding an absorbent pad 11 in the worn state on the user. It has a height direction HD along a height direction of the user and a peripheral direction CD along the waist direction. It also includes a stress relaxation member as a component member for providing elasticity for the peripheral direction CD. Stress is relaxed when the holder is held for four hours under standard wearing conditions which are, by assuming wearing conditions, a temperature 40°C, relative humidity 80%, and elongation magnification 1.5 times.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】ズレ落ちを防止できるとともに、装着感に優れたホルダを提供すること。【解決手段】着用者の腰周りに装着されるとともに、吸収性パッド１１を着用者に装着した状態に保持する環状のホルダ１であって、着用者の身長方向に沿う高さ方向ＨＤ及び胴回り方向に沿う周方向ＣＤを有し、周方向ＣＤに伸縮性を付与する構成部材として応力緩和部材を含んでおり、着用状態を想定した、温度４０℃、相対湿度８０％、伸長倍率１．５倍の標準着用条件下に４時間保持したときに応力が緩和する。【選択図】図３
