Zusammenfassung:To prevent or reduce an increase in temperature caused by damage to a heating unit in which carbon material is uniformly disposed.SOLUTION: A planar heater 22 has a planar heating unit 24, and a pair of electrodes 30 connected to both ends of the heating unit 24, and application of voltage between the pair of electrodes 30 causes the heating unit 24 to generate heat.
