Zusammenfassung:	To calculate a parking/charging plan of an EV that meets EV-specific constraints so as to establish an EV operation plan formed using an existing FMS which cannot handle the EV-specific constraints.SOLUTION: A parking/charging management system 5 includes a parking/charging plan calculating unit 71 which calculates a parking/charging plan subject to an operation plan including a departure time at which an electric vehicle departs from a parking spot and an arrival time at which the electric vehicle arrives at the parking spot, a constraint relating to the electric vehicle, and a constraint relating to a charger. The parking/charging management system also includes an operation plan establishment determining unit 72 which determines that the operation plan can be executed if the parking/charging plan can be calculated, and outputs the parking/charging plan if the operation plan can be executed. The parking/charging plan calculating unit 71 calculates the parking/charging plan subject to a constraint relating to a layout of a parking area in which the electric vehicle is to park in the parking spot.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】ＥＶ固有の制約を取り扱うことができない既存のＦＭＳを使って作成されたＥＶの運行計画が成立するように、ＥＶ固有の制約を充足するＥＶの駐車・充電計画を計算する。【解決手段】駐車・充電管理システム５は、電動車両が駐車スポットから出発する出発時刻及び駐車スポットに到着する到着時刻を含んだ運行計画と、電動車両に関する制約と、充電器に関する制約と、を制約条件として駐車・充電計画を計算する駐車・充電計画計算部７１を有する。また駐車・充電計画が計算可能ならば運行計画を実行可能であると判定し、実行可能の場合に駐車・充電計画を出力する運行計画成立判定部７２を有する。駐車・充電計画計算部７１は、駐車スポットにおいて電動車両を駐車する駐車区画のレイアウトに関する制約を制約条件として駐車・充電計画を計算する。【選択図】図２
