【課題】水素製造システムおよび水素製造方法において、水素製造時の電気エネルギーコストの低減を図ると共に二酸化炭素の発生を抑制する。【解決手段】600℃以上の熱エネルギーにより加熱された熱媒体を用いて水蒸気を加熱する熱交換器と、電流印加に伴うジュール発熱と電解反応に伴う吸熱がバランスする熱中立点の電位より低い電圧を高温水蒸気電解セルに印加して、600℃以上の水蒸気を電解して水素を製造する高温水蒸気電解装置と、水蒸気により高温水蒸気電解装置を加熱する加熱装置と、を備える。【選択図】図1 |
