Zusammenfassung: | To extract a component useful for growing a plant, the component included in a digested liquid and prepare liquid fertilizers of various composition ratios according to growth conditions of plants and kinds of plants.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a liquid fertilizer comprises the following first to third steps: the first step of subjecting a digested liquid from organic materials to membrane separation treatment and obtaining a membrane permeated liquid including a potassium component and a nitrogen component and a dispersion liquid including sludge; the second step of subjecting the membrane permeated liquid to electrodialysis treatment and obtaining an electrodialyzed desalinated liquid having concentrations of the potassium component and the nitrogen component lower than those of the membrane permeated liquid and an electrodialyzed concentrated liquid having concentrations of the potassium component and the nitrogen component higher than those of the membrane permeated liquid; and the third step of subjecting the electrodialyzed desalinated liquid to reverse osmosis membrane treatment and obtaining a reverse osmosis membrane permeated liquid having concentrations of the potassium component and the nitrogen component lower than those of the electrodialyzed desalinated liquid and a reverse osmosis membrane concentrated liquid having concentrations of the potassium component and the nitrogen component higher than those of the electrodialyzed desalinated liquid.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】本発明の課題は、消化液に含まれる植物生育に有用な成分を取り出し、植物の生育条件や植物の種類に応じて様々な組成比の液状肥料を調製することである。【解決手段】下記の第一工程から第三工程を含む、液状肥料の製造方法;第一工程:有機物の消化液を膜分離処理し、カリウム成分及び窒素成分を含む膜透過液と、汚泥を含む分散液を得る工程、第二工程:前記膜透過液を電気透析処理し、カリウム成分及び窒素成分の濃度が前記膜透過液よりも低い電気透析脱塩液と、カリウム成分及び窒素成分の濃度が前記膜透過液よりも高い電気透析濃縮液を得る工程、第三工程:前記電気透析脱塩液を逆浸透膜処理し、カリウム成分及び窒素成分の濃度が前記電気透析脱塩液よりも低い逆浸透膜透過液と、カリウム成分及び窒素成分の濃度が前記電気透析脱塩液よりも高い逆浸透膜濃縮液を得る工程。【選択図】なし |
