The general control unit 80 causes the drones 10 (10a-10j) to fly from a search station 100 to a search region, causes them to fly low in teams formed at predetermined intervals D in the search region upon reaching the search region, when one of the communication machines 50 (50a-50j) included in the drones 10 (10a-10j) receives a rescue signal RS transmitted from a person P to be rescued, causes the camera 25 (25b) of the drone 10 (10b) equipped with the communication machine 50 (50b) that has received the rescue signal RS to photograph the state of the person P to be rescued, and causes the communication machine 50 (50b) that has received the rescue signal RS to transmit photographing data of the camera 25 (25b) and position information of the person P to be rescued to the search station 100.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
