Zusammenfassung:	To provide a massage mechanism and a massage machine capable of applying stimulation by vibration in addition to a massaging motion and a tapping motion by a common driving part.SOLUTION: The massage mechanism comprises a treatment element and a drive mechanism for driving the treatment element. The drive mechanism includes: a drive shaft, a drive motor having an output shaft; a transmission member for transmitting the rotation of the output shaft to the drive shaft; and a vibration generation part for applying vibration stimulation to a user.
