Zusammenfassung: | To provide a method and a system for providing or maintaining a flow of fluid passing through the body passage such as a heart chamber and a blood vessel.SOLUTION: A shooting catheter for targeting a second blood vessel from a first blood vessel includes a catheter including a proximal part and a distal part including a needle opening and a flat rectangular radiopaque marker. The flat rectangular radiopaque marker disappears in rotation under fluoroscopy, and provides information on the rotation alignment of the shooting catheter. The shooting catheter includes a needle configured to extend through the needle opening. A method for positioning a catheter includes rotating the catheter in the first blood vessel until the marker has a thickness (e.g., the smallest thickness) under fluoroscopy.
