To provide an information processing apparatus, an information processing method, and an information processing program capable of improving accessibility of distributed content.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus includes an acquisition unit, a selection unit, a generation unit, and a provision unit. The acquisition unit acquires user information on a user of a terminal device. The selection unit selects multiple pieces of content to be provided to the user on the basis of the user information. The generation unit generates main content in which the selected pieces of content are arranged in a scroll direction of the terminal device, and progress content indicating the progress of browse of the content arranged in the main content.
