To provide an information processing device capable of appropriately executing a plurality of kinds of vehicle control respectively requested from a plurality of applications.SOLUTION: An information processing device for remotely controlling a vehicle comprises: an acquisition section for acquiring a plurality of requests relating to control of a target vehicle from a plurality of applications; a processing section for arbitrating the plurality of requests acquired by the acquisition section; and a communication section which transmits an instruction for the control based on a result of the arbitration by the processing section to the target vehicle.
