Zusammenfassung: | To provide a carbon powder for a negative electrode of a lithium ion secondary battery, the carbon powder providing: the lithium ion secondary battery having excellent input-output characteristics and high initial charge-discharge efficiency; and the negative electrode having high density.SOLUTION: The carbon powder for a negative electrode of a lithium-ion battery is provided, having: a particle diameter D50 of 3.2 μm or less; a value (particle diameter D90 - particle diameter D10)/particle diameter D50 of 4.0 or more; a specific surface area of 7.0 m2/g or more; and a ratio of the intensity of a 004 reflection to the intensity of a 110 reflection of 2.50 or less in a diffraction chart obtained by performing an X-ray diffraction measurement. Where, the particle diameter D50 represents a particle diameter with a cumulative degree of particle size distribution of 50% in volume percentage, the particle diameter D10 represents a particle diameter with a cumulative degree of particle size distribution of 10% in volume percentage, and the particle diameter D90 represents a particle diameter with a cumulative degree of particle size distribution of 90% in volume percentage.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】 得られるリチウムイオン二次電池の入出力特性に優れ、初回充放電効率が高く、かつ、得られる負極の密度が高くなる、リチウムイオン二次電池負極用炭素粉末を提供すること。【解決手段】 粒子径D50が3.2μm以下であり、(粒子径D90-粒子径D10)/粒子径D50の値が4.0以上であり、比表面積が7.0m2/g以上であり、X線回折測定を行うことにより得られる回折チャートにおいて、110反射の強度に対する004反射の強度の比が2.50以下である、リチウムイオン二次電池負極用炭素粉末。ただし、上記粒子径D50は、粒度分布の累積度数が体積百分率で50%の粒子径を表し、上記粒子径D10は、粒度分布の累積度数が体積百分率で10%の粒子径を表し、上記粒子径D90は、粒度分布の累積度数が体積百分率で90%の粒子径を表す。【選択図】なし |
