Zusammenfassung: | To inhibit damage of an electric drive motor and harmful effect on electric components when a vehicle is towed and travels.SOLUTION: A cooling device of an electric vehicle includes: a drive motor 4 which is operated by electric power supplied through an inverter 3 from a battery 2; driving wheels 5 to which driving force of the drive motor 4 is transmitted; a cooling unit 20 configured to cool the drive motor 4 and the inverter 3; and a control unit 30 configured to control the cooling unit 20. The cooling unit 20 has: a cooling circuit 21 in which a refrigerant circulates between the drive motor 4 and the inverter 3; a radiator 22 in the cooling circuit 21; an electric pump 23 in the cooling circuit 21; and a mechanical pump 24 provided in the cooling circuit and connected to the drive motor 4. The cooling unit 20 uses the electric pump 23 and the mechanical pump 24 when the cooling unit 20 is controlled by the control unit 30 and the electric vehicle is driven by the driving force of the drive motor 4 and causes the mechanical pump 24 to circulate the refrigerant when no control is executed by the control unit 30 and the electric vehicle travels resulting from the driving wheels 5 being driven.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】車両が牽引され走行する際に、電動の駆動モータの損傷や電装品への悪影響を抑制する。【解決手段】インバータ3を介してバッテリ2から供給される電力によって作動する駆動モータ4と、駆動モータ4の駆動力が伝達される駆動輪5と、駆動モータ4とインバータ3とを冷却する冷却部20と、冷却部20を制御する制御部30と、を備え、冷却部30は、駆動モータ4とインバータ3とを冷媒が循環する冷却回路21と、冷却回路21内のラジエータ22と、冷却回路21内の電動ポンプ23と、冷却回路内に設けられ駆動モータ4に接続される機械式ポンプ24と、を有し、冷却部20は、制御部30によって制御され駆動モータ4の駆動力によって走行するときは、電動ポンプ23と機械式ポンプ24とを併用して、制御部30による制御が実施されず、駆動輪5の従動に伴って走行するときは、機械式ポンプ24により冷媒を循環させる。【選択図】図1 |
