Zusammenfassung:To provide a method for evaluating the shear strength of a wall, the method capable of appropriately evaluating the aseismatic performance of a wall with an opening ratio exceeding 0.4.SOLUTION: The shear strength of a wall is evaluated based on a design proof stress value obtained by multiplying a diagnostic criteria expression used in evaluating the shear strength of a wall with an opening ratio of 0.4 or less, by a reduction coefficient increasing according to the opening ratio.
