Zusammenfassung: | To provide a method for simply producing a cellulose resin composite composition useful as a molding material of a compact of which tensile elastic modulus and tensile strength are improved, by sufficiently exhibiting a reinforcement effect of a cellulose fiber, by sufficiently dispersing the cellulose fiber that is a precursor of cellulose nanofiber in a thermoplastic resin that is a dispersant.SOLUTION: This is a method for producing a cellulose resin composite composition containing celluloses and a thermoplastic resin, and includes the following steps (1) and (2): [Step (1)]: A step of stirring a mixture containing celluloses including cellulose fibers and water at high speed to obtain a dispersion having a cellulose concentration of 0.5 to 10 mass%, and filtering the obtained dispersion to obtain an aqueous paste with a water content of 4 to 80 mass%. [Step (2)]: A step of mixing the aqueous paste and the thermoplastic resin, and then removing the water while kneading at a temperature condition of 100°C or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】セルロースナノファイバーの前駆体であるセルロース繊維を分散媒体である熱可塑性樹脂中に十分に分散させて、セルロース繊維の補強効果を十分に発揮させ、引張弾性率及び引張強度が向上した成型体の成型材料として有用なセルロース樹脂複合組成物を簡易に製造する方法を提供する。【解決手段】セルロース類及び熱可塑性樹脂を含有するセルロース樹脂複合組成物の製造方法であり、下記工程(1)及び(2)を有する。[工程(1)]:セルロース繊維を含むセルロース類と、水とを含有する混合物を高速撹拌して、セルロース類の濃度が0.5~10質量%である分散液を得、得られた分散液をろ過して、含水率4~80質量%の水ペーストを得る工程。[工程(2)]:水ペースト及び熱可塑性樹脂を混合した後、100℃以上の温度条件下で混錬しながら水を除去して、セルロース樹脂複合組成物を得る工程。【選択図】なし |
