An upper surface T of the conductor post P1 is flush with the surface of the cover insulating film 21. This increases the contact area between the conductor post P1 and the terminal electrode E1, thereby reducing the connection resistance between the two.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】コイルパターン及び導体ポストが磁性素体で埋め込まれた構造を有するコイル部品において、絶縁膜に形成する開口部について高い位置精度を要さずに、信頼性が高い部品を構成する。【解決手段】コイル部品1は、磁性素体Mに埋め込まれたコイル部3及び導体ポストP1と、磁性素体Mの実装面4を覆うカバー絶縁膜21と、カバー絶縁膜21に設けられた開口21aを介して導体ポストP1に接続された端子電極E1とを備える。導体ポストP1の上面Tは、カバー絶縁膜21の表面と同一平面を構成する。これにより、導体ポストP1と端子電極E1の接触面積が増大することから、両者間における接続抵抗が低減される。【選択図】図2 |
