Zusammenfassung:To provide a charge and discharge device and a charge and discharge system, capable of performing charging and discharging in accordance with a charging amount of a vehicle.SOLUTION: In a charge and discharge device 1A, a vehicle V1 as an object of charging and discharging against a DC/DC conversion part 2A is connected. Also, the DC/DC conversion part 2A can be connected to the other vehicle V2 via a DC bus line L1. A control part 3A controls the DC/DC conversion part 2A so that charging of power to the vehicle V1 from the DC bus line L1 and discharging of power from the vehicle V1 to the DC bus line are performed. Thus, in accordance with a situation of a charging and discharging amount of the vehicle V1 connected to the DC/DC conversion part 2A and the other vehicle V2 via the DC bus line L1, any one of the charging and the discharging to/from the vehicle V1, or any one of appropriate operation is performed. That is. for the vehicle, the appropriate charging and discharging can be made without considering the connection to a connection port of which one of the charge and discharge device 1A and 1B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】車両の充電量に応じて円滑に充放電を行うことができる充放電装置、及び充放電システムを提供する。【解決手段】充放電装置1Aは、DC/DC変換部2Aに対して充放電の対象となる車両V1が接続される。また、DC/DC変換部2Aは、DCバスラインL1を介して他の車両V2と接続可能となる。制御部3Aは、DCバスラインL1から車両V1への電力の充電、または車両V1からDCバスラインへの電力の放電が行われるように、DC/DC変換部2Aを制御する。これにより、DC/DC変換部2Aに接続された車両V1と、DCバスラインL1を介した他の車両V2との充電量の状況に応じて、車両V1への充填か放電か、何れか適切な方の動作が行われる。すなわち、車両にとっては、どの充放電装置1A,1Bの接続口に接続するかを考慮することなく、適切な充放電を行うことができる。【選択図】図1
