To provide a vehicle control device which can perform suitable control for emotions of crew members other than a driver.SOLUTION: A vehicle control device comprises a processor. The processor estimates whether a crew member other than a driver, the crew member boarding a vehicle, feels discomfort or not, executes vehicle control on the basis of preference data of the crew member when it is estimated that the crew member feels discomfort, and executes monitoring processing that combines vehicle control and emotion estimation when there is no preference data of the crew member, and on the basis of the result of the monitoring processing, acquires preference data of the crew member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】運転者以外の乗員の感情に対して適切な制御を行うことができる車両制御装置を提供すること。【解決手段】本開示に係る車両制御装置は、プロセッサを備え、プロセッサは、車両に乗車する搭乗者のうちの運転者以外の搭乗者である乗員の感情が不快であるか否かを推定し、乗員の感情が不快であると推定される場合に、当該乗員の嗜好データに基づいて車両制御を実行するとともに、乗員の嗜好データが存在しない場合、車両制御および感情推定を組とするモニタリング処理を実行し、該モニタリング処理の結果をもとに、乗員の嗜好データを取得する。【選択図】図１
