Zusammenfassung: | To provide a control method and control device of a machine tool, which can maintain a power saving state as much as possible to reduce power consumption.SOLUTION: In response to input of a machining plan to the control device in S1, a unit for determining process requiring accuracy determines whether the machining plan includes machining processes for which prescribed accuracy is required as request accuracy or not in S2. If the machining plan does not include any machining process requiring the prescribed accuracy, a power source is turned off in a stand-by time. Next, in S3, a power-on timing determination unit determines a timing at which the power source is to be turned on, and in S4, a machine tool state control unit controls a power supply state of the machine tool on the basis of the timing determined in S3. Then, in S5, a machine tool operation control unit performs machining in accordance with an operation schedule.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】省電力状態をできるだけ維持し電力消費を低減できる工作機械の制御方法及び工作機械の制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】S1で加工計画が制御装置に入力されると、S2において、要精度加工判定部が、加工計画に所定の精度が要求精度として求められる加工が存在するか否かを判定する。所定の精度が必要な加工が存在しなければ、待機時間は電源OFFとなる。次に、S3において、電源投入期間決定部が、工作機械の電源を入れるタイミングを決定し、S4において、工作機械状態制御部が、S3で決定したタイミングに基づいて工作機械の電源状態を制御する。次に、S5において、工作機械動作制御部が、動作スケジュール通りに加工を実施する。【選択図】図4 |
