DESMOSOME ENHANCER AND EPIDERMAL KERATINIZATION PROMOTER

To provide a technique that promotes the expression of desmocollin and/or desmoglein, a technique that enhances desmosome, and a technique that enhances the barrier function of epidermal horny layers, and to provide a technique that promotes the expression of keratin, involucrin, loricrin, peptidyl arginine deiminase and/or bleomycin hydrolase and a technique that promotes epidermal keratinization.SOLUTION: A desmosome enhancer contains 1-kestose as an active ingredient.
