To provide a secondary battery in which occurrence of a problem due to shake of an electrode body inside a battery case can be suppressed with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A secondary battery includes a battery case 10 including an accommodation space 10a, an electrode body 20 with a flat shape that is accommodated in the accommodation space 10a and formed by stacking band-shaped positive electrode material and negative electrode material through separators, terminals 27, 28 that are bonded to both end parts in a first direction Y that is orthogonal to a thickness direction X of the electrode body 20, an electrolyte solution injected into the accommodation space 10a, and a vibration suppression member 23 that is disposed between one side surface 20a in the thickness direction X of the electrode body 20 and an inner wall surface of a side wall 11aa of the battery case 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】簡便な構成で電池ケース内での電極体の揺れに起因する問題の発生を抑えられる二次電池を提供する。【解決手段】収容空間１０ａを有する電池ケース１０と、収容空間１０ａに収容され、帯状の正極材及び負極材がセパレータを介して積層されてなる扁平形状の電極体２０と、電極体２０の厚み方向Ｘと直交する第１方向Ｙにおける両端部に接合された端子２７，２８と、収容空間１０ａに注入された電解液と、電極体２０の厚み方向Ｘにおける一方の側の面２０ａと電池ケース１０の側壁１１ａａの内壁面との間に配設された振動抑制部材２３と、を備えている。【選択図】図１
