To provide a configuration that enables an occupant who performs seat-posture change operation to easily recognize a seat-posture change restricted state where operation of changing a seat posture to a predetermined posture is restricted, in which a failure or the like is not caused.SOLUTION: A link mechanism 30 functions as a height adjustment mechanism that can adjust a heigh of a seat cushion 11 from a floor surface B and also functions as a first inclination angle adjustment mechanism that can adjust a first inclination angle β1 which is an inclination angle of the seat cushion 11 with respect to the floor surface B.
