Zusammenfassung:	To provide a heat-shielding board which is thin and facilitates operability such as handling and construction, and a heat-shielding board which is thin and does not greatly narrow an indoor area.SOLUTION: A heat-shielding board 10 is composed of a corrugated plate-like heat-shielding sheet 12 and a flat plate 11. The heat-shielding sheet 12 contains a metal material, the heat-shielding sheet 12 and the flat plate 11 are bonded to the flat plate 11 at an apex of a corrugation on both sides of the heat-shielding sheet 12 and forms an air layer 13, and the heat-shielding sheet 12 and the flat plate 11 are bonded to each other by an adhesive mixed with ceramic beads.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】厚みが薄く取り扱いや施工などの操作性が容易である遮熱ボードを提供する。厚みが薄く室内面積を大幅に狭めることが少ない遮熱ボードを提供する。【解決手段】波形板状の遮熱シート１２と、平板１１とからなる遮熱ボード１０であって、遮熱シート１２は、金属材料を含み、遮熱シート１２と平板１１とは、遮熱シート１２の両面の波形の頂点で平板１１と接着され空気層１３を形成し、遮熱シート１２と平板１１とは、セラミックビーズを混合した接着剤により接着される遮熱ボード１０。【選択図】図１
