To provide a technique for improving extrudability of a polyolefin-based recycled resin without largely impairing its mechanical strength.SOLUTION: A polyolefin-based recycled resin composition (Z) contains a polyolefin-based recycled resin, and an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer (A) which is a copolymer of ethylene and α-olefin having 4 to 10 carbon atoms and satisfies a specific requirement, wherein a mass fraction (W1) of the polyolefin-based recycled resin is 50 mass% or more and 95 mass% or less, and a mass fraction (W2) of the ethylene-α-olefin copolymer (A) is 5 mass% or more and 50 mass% or less (provided that the total of W1 and W2 is 100 mass%).SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】ポリオレフィン系再生樹脂の機械的強度を大きく損ねることなく、その押出性を改良する技術を提供すること。【解決手段】ポリオレフィン系再生樹脂と、エチレンと炭素数４～１０のα－オレフィンとの共重合体であって、特定の要件を満たすエチレン－α－オレフィン共重合体（Ａ）とを含み、前記ポリオレフィン系再生樹脂の質量分率（Ｗ1）が５０質量％以上９５質量％以下であり、前記エチレン－α－オレフィン共重合体（Ａ）の質量分率（Ｗ2）が５質量％以上５０質量％以下である（ただし、Ｗ1とＷ2との合計を１００質量％とする。）ポリオレフィン系再生樹脂組成物（Ｚ）。【選択図】なし
