Zusammenfassung:To provide an operation control system, an operation control method, and a program, capable of controlling operation of a photovoltaic power plant comprising a storage battery.SOLUTION: An operation control system controls operation of a photovoltaic power generation system comprising a storage battery. The operation control system comprises: a power generation amount calculation unit that temporarily sets PCSs to be operated of a plurality of PCSs respectively connected to a plurality of solar cell modules on the basis of contract capacity and a charging/discharging plan for the storage battery and calculates a power generation amount of the solar cell modules on the basis of the number of the temporarily set PCSs to be operated; a discharge amount determination unit that on the basis of the contract capacity and the power generation amount of the solar cell modules, determines a discharge amount of the storage battery; and a power generation amount prediction value derivation unit that determines PCSs to be operated on the basis of the contract capacity and the discharge amount of the storage battery determined by the discharge amount determination unit and derives a prediction value of the power generation amount of the solar cell modules on the basis the number of the PCSs to be operated and a power generation amount of the solar cell modules in the case of operating all of the PCSs.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】蓄電池を備える太陽光発電所の運転を制御できる運転制御システム、運転制御方法及びプログラムを提供すること。【解決手段】運転制御システムは、蓄電池を備える太陽光発電システムの運転を制御する。運転制御システムは、契約容量と蓄電池の充放電計画とに基づいて複数の太陽電池モジュールにそれぞれ接続された複数のPCSのうち稼働させるPCSを仮設定し、仮設定した稼働させるPCSの台数に基づいて太陽電池モジュールの発電量を算出する発電量算出部と、太陽電池モジュールの発電量と契約容量とに基づいて蓄電池の放電量を決定する放電量決定部と、放電量決定部が決定した蓄電池の放電量と契約容量とに基づいて複数のPCSのうち稼働させるPCSを決定し、稼働させるPCSの台数とPCSを全台数稼働させた場合の太陽電池モジュールの発電量とに基づいて太陽電池モジュールの発電量の予測値を導出する発電量予測値導出部とを備える。【選択図】図2
