INJECTION NEEDLE

To provide an injection needle which hardly suppresses swelling of a skin by injected liquid in injecting the liquid to the skin by the injection needle and can efficiently inject the liquid.SOLUTION: An injection needle 1 has first and second fine projections 11, 12 protruding from a sheet base part 2. The first projections 11 have a conical shape and an opening 11a at a tip end part. The second projections 12 do not have an opening at a tip end part. The first and second projections have a protrusion height of 5000 μm or lower. The injection needle has, in a plan view, a first region R1 including one or more of the first projections 11 and a second region R2 which includes two or more of the second projections 12 and sandwiches or surrounds the first region R1. A distance D1 which is the shortest distance out of the distances between the first projections 11 and the second projections 12 is 2.0 or more and 10 mm or less.
