To provide an information management server which supports verification of actual items of purchased articles (tax-free articles) at emigration.SOLUTION: An information management server comprises an acquisition unit, an information processing unit, and an output unit. The acquisition unit acquires purchase information including purchaser identification information to be read out in a purchase procedure, purchased article identification information, and a tax payment history, and acquires taking-out information including emigrant identification information and taking-out article feature information to be read out in a taking-out procedure. The information processing unit detects purchase and taking-out of a predetermined article by a predetermined person, based on the purchase information, the taking-out information, and sales article registration information including sales article identification information and sales article feature information, and generates procedure information about a tax of the predetermined article, based on the tax payment history. The output unit outputs the procedure information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】出国時における購入品（免税品）の現物確認を支援する情報管理サーバを提供することである。【解決手段】実施形態に係る情報管理サーバは、取得部、情報処理部、及び出力部を備える。前記取得部は、購入手続きにおいて読み取られる購入者識別情報、購入品識別情報、及び納税履歴を含む購入情報を取得し、また、持ち出し手続において読み取られる出国者識別情報及び持ち出し品特徴情報を含む持ち出し情報を取得する。前記情報処理部は、前記購入情報と、前記持ち出し情報と、販売品識別情報及び販売品特徴情報を含む販売品登録情報とに基づき、所定人物による所定物品の購入及び持ち出しを検出し、前記納税履歴に基づき、前記所定物品の税金に関する手続情報を生成する。前記出力部は、前記手続情報を出力する。【選択図】 図１
