Zusammenfassung: | To reduce the connection resistance between a conductor post and a terminal electrode while increasing the insulating property between the terminal electrode and a magnetic element assembly.SOLUTION: A coil component 1 includes a coil part 3 and a conductor post P1 embedded in a magnetic element assembly M, a cover insulating film 21 that covers a mount surface 4, and a terminal electrode E1 connected to the conductor post P1 through an opening 21a. The terminal electrode E1 includes a conductor layer 31 in contact with the conductor post P1 through the opening 21a, and a conductor layer 32 formed of a conductive material with a lower resistance value than the conductor layer 31, covering a surface of the conductor layer 31, and being in contact with the conductor post P1 through the opening 31a. This makes it possible to reduce the contact resistance between the conductor post P1 and the terminal electrode E1 while increasing the insulating property between the terminal electrode E1 and the magnetic element assembly M.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】端子電極と磁性素体の絶縁性を高めつつ、導体ポストと端子電極の接続抵抗を低減する。【解決手段】コイル部品1は、磁性素体Mに埋め込まれたコイル部3及び導体ポストP1と、実装面4を覆うカバー絶縁膜21と、開口21aを介して導体ポストP1に接続された端子電極E1とを備える。端子電極E1は、開口21aを介して導体ポストP1と接する導体層31と、導体層31よりも抵抗値の低い導電材料からなり、導体層31の表面を覆うとともに、開口31aを介して導体ポストP1と接する導体層32とを含む。これにより、端子電極E1と磁性素体Mの絶縁性を高めつつ、導体ポストP1と端子電極E1の接続抵抗を低減することができる。【選択図】図2 |
