Zusammenfassung:To solve the problem that metal precipitated by electrolysis contains storing acid, and is not easily treated.SOLUTION: A method for cleaning a metal recovery device for generating a spongy metal porous body composed of metal particles precipitated in a storage tank by electrolysis and hydrogen fine air bubbles and thereby recovering metal in an ionic state includes the steps of: holding the metal recovered by the filter of the recovery device, and spraying cleaning water from a cleaning water source from above the storage tank in a state in which a solution is discharged; receiving and storing the cleaning water below the filter, and adding the cleaning water as return cleaning water to cleaning water above the storage tank; and stopping the spraying when the pH of the return cleaning water is in a range of a prescribed reference value, and neutralizes the pH of the metal recovered by the metal recovery device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】電気分解によって析出する金属は強酸を含んでおりそのままでは取り扱いが容易でなかった。【解決手段】電気分解により貯留槽内で析出させた金属粒子と水素微小気泡からなるスポンジ状の金属多孔質体を生成することでイオン状態の金属を回収する金属回収装置の洗浄方法であって、前記回収装置のフィルタに回収された金属が保持され、溶液が排出された状態で前記貯留槽の上方から、洗浄水源からの洗浄水を散布する工程と、前記フィルタの下方で前記洗浄水を受け止め貯留し、戻り洗浄水として再び前記貯留槽の上方の洗浄水に追加する工程と、前記戻り洗浄水のpHが所定の基準値の範囲内になったら前記散布を停止する工程を有する金属回収装置の洗浄方法は金属回収装置で回収された金属のpHを中和する。【選択図】図1
