Zusammenfassung: | To provide a metal recovery apparatus that solves the problem in which: although a metal deposited by electrolysis is integrated with a cathode and solidified from waste liquid, it is necessary to recover the metal by taking out the cathode and scraping the surface thereof in order to actually recover the metal.SOLUTION: A metal recovery apparatus comprises a storage tank; electrode plates arranged so as to face each other in the storage tank; a power supply for supplying electric power so that adjacent electrode plates among the electrode plates have opposite polarities, a bubble generator arranged below the electrode plates, and a controller for operating at least the power supply and the bubble generator alternately, stopping the bubble generator, and then operating the power supply again after waiting for a certain period of time. The metal recovery apparatus allows for the easy recovery of the metal as the metal deposited on the electrode does not adhere to the electrode plates.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】電気分解によって析出する金属は陰極と一体となり、廃液から固化はできたものの、実際に回収するには陰極を取り出し、その表面を削る等して金属を回収する必要があった。【解決手段】貯留槽と、前記貯留槽内に互いに対向するように配置された電極板と、前記電極板のうち隣接する電極板同士が互いに異極となるように電力を供給する電源と、前記電極板の下方に配置された気泡発生器と、少なくとも前記電源と、前記気泡発生器を交互に稼働させ、前記気泡発生器を停止した後、一定時間待機した後前記電源を再度稼働させる制御器を有する金属回収装置は電極に析出した金属が電極板に固着していないので容易に回収することができる。【選択図】図1 |
