To support in the smooth passage of multiple persons to and from areas where entry and exit are controlled.SOLUTION: A face recognition support device (1) includes: a photographing unit (11) installed in an aisle connecting a first area where entry/exit of persons is controlled by using face recognition and a second area other than the first area, and taking a picture of a person passing in the aisle within a predetermined photographing range; and an output unit (12) for outputting authentication information based on the image captured by the photographing unit (11) for facial recognition of the person.
