Zusammenfassung: | To provide an evaluation apparatus that accurately evaluates the level of alkaline disintegration of rice.SOLUTION: An evaluation apparatus that evaluates the level of alkaline disintegration of rice includes: an image acquisition part that captures an image of rice soaked in an alkaline solution; a first image acquisition part that acquires brightness information of the image based on the first image of rice soaked in the alkaline solution for a prescribed period, acquired by the image acquisition part; a second information acquisition part that acquires disintegration return information on whether or not the disintegration level of rice in the first image exceeds a prescribed disintegration level; and a calculation part that calculates the disintegration level of rice using a prescribed regression model by using the information obtained by the first information acquisition part and the second information acquisition part. The prescribed regression model can be obtained by performing multiple regression analysis in advance using at least brightness information based on the reference image of rice for which an evaluation value is determined as an evaluation result about the disintegration level and the disintegration return information related to the reference image as the explanatory variable, and the disintegration level of rice related to the reference image as the objective variable.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】コメのアルカリ崩壊の程度を精度よく評価する評価装置を提供する。【解決手段】コメのアルカリ崩壊の程度を評価する評価装置であって、アルカリ溶液に浸したコメの画像を取得する画像取得部と、前記画像取得部で取得された、所定の期間アルカリ溶液に浸したコメの第1画像に基づく画像の明るさ情報を取得する第1情報取得部と、前記第1画像におけるコメの崩壊度が所定の崩壊度を超えているか否かについての崩壊折り返し情報を取得する第2情報取得部と、前記第1情報取得部及び前記第2情報取得部で得られた情報を利用し、所定の回帰モデルを用いてコメの崩壊度を算出する算出部と、を備え、前記所定の回帰モデルは、崩壊度の程度に関する評価結果として評価値が定まっているコメの参照画像に基づく明るさ情報と、前記参照画像に係るコメの崩壊折り返し情報と、を少なくとも説明変数とし、前記参照画像に係るコメの崩壊度を目的変数とした重回帰分析を事前に行うことで得られる、評価装置。【選択図】図4 |
