OZONE TREATMENT DEVICE

To provide an ozone treatment device that hardly causes insufficient sterilization or useless ozone supply and can execute effective sterilization work for an object to be treated.SOLUTION: A drum-type washing and drying machine 1 has a drum 23 to store an object to be treated, an outer tank 20, and an ozone generator 140. The drum-type washing and drying machine includes a dryer 100 to feed ozone into the drum 23 and the outer tank 20, an ozone concentration sensor 150 to detect ozone concentration in the drum 23 and the outer tank 20, and a control section to control operation of the dryer 100. After the dryer 100 starts feeding ozone into the drum 23 and the outer tank 20, the control section regularly determines a climb gradient of the ozone concentration in the drum 23 and the outer tank 20 based on the ozone concentration detected by the ozone concentration sensor 150, and stops feeding ozone into the drum 23 and the outer tank 20 by the dryer 100 based on the determined climb gradient.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】除菌不足や無駄なオゾン供給が生じにくく、処理対象物の効果的な除菌作業が行え得るオゾン処理装置を提供する。【解決手段】ドラム式洗濯乾燥機１は、処理対象物が収容されるドラム２３および外槽２０と、オゾン発生器１４０を有し、ドラム２３および外槽２０内にオゾンを供給する乾燥装置１００と、ドラム２３および外槽２０内のオゾン濃度を検出するオゾン濃度センサ１５０と、乾燥装置１００の動作を制御する制御部と、を備える。制御部は、乾燥装置１００によるドラム２３および外槽２０内へのオゾンの供給を開始した後に、オゾン濃度センサ１５０が検出したオゾン濃度に基づいて、ドラム２３および外槽２０内のオゾン濃度の上昇勾配を定期的に求め、求めた上昇勾配に基づいて、乾燥装置１００によるドラム２３および外槽２０内へのオゾンの供給を停止する。【選択図】図１
