FORMWORK FOR POURING CONCRETE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CONCRETE STRUCTURE

To provide a formwork and a method for manufacturing a structure that prevent curved shapes of end faces of a concrete structure and edge formation at outer edges of the end faces that are formed when sealing an opening of a space into which concrete is poured.SOLUTION: A concrete pouring formwork 100 comprises: a bag body 20 composed of a sheet-like member 30 having a first main surface 22, a second main surface 24 opposing the first main surface 22, and a side surface 26 spanning the first main surface 22 and the second main surface 24; a plurality of connecting threads 30 connecting a back surface of the first main surface 22 and a back surface of the second main surface 24 inside the bag body 20; and through holes 32 capable of supplying and discharging fluid to/from the bag body 20.
