Zusammenfassung: | To provide a heat pump type steam generation device capable of reducing a heat loss.SOLUTION: A heat pump type steam generation device 10A comprises: an evaporator 16 that evaporates a low-pressure refrigerant by means of the heat recovered from heat source water; a compressor 20 that compresses the low-pressure refrigerant into a high-pressure refrigerant; an oil separator 22 that separates oil contents from the high-pressure refrigerant; a condenser 24 that condenses the high-pressure refrigerant, and heats supply water to boil it; expansion valves 30, 34 that decompress and expand the refrigerant condensed by the condenser 24 and lead it to the evaporator 16; and an oil cooler 46 that, upstream of a path of the heat source water relative to the evaporator 16, cools the oil separated in the oil separator 22 by heat exchange with the heat source water. The heat source water, the temperature of which is raised by the heat exchange in the oil cooler 46, exchanges heat with the refrigerant in the evaporator 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】熱損失を低減することのできるヒートポンプ式蒸気生成装置を提供する。【解決手段】ヒートポンプ式蒸気生成装置10Aは、熱源水から回収した熱で低圧冷媒を蒸発させる蒸発器16と、低圧冷媒を高圧冷媒に圧縮する圧縮機20と、高圧冷媒から油分を分離する油分離器22と、油分が分離された高圧冷媒を凝縮させ供給水を加熱して沸騰させる凝縮器24と、凝縮器24によって凝縮された冷媒を減圧膨張して蒸発器16に導出する膨張弁30,34と、蒸発器16に対して熱源水の経路の上流側で、油分離器22において分離された油を熱源水と熱交換して冷却する油冷却器46とを備える。油冷却器46で熱交換されて昇温した熱源水は蒸発器16で冷媒と熱交換する。【選択図】図1 |
