Zusammenfassung: | To suppress an increase of an oil circulation rate in a refrigeration cycle even if a rotational speed of a compressor is increased.SOLUTION: A sealed-type rotary compressor accommodates a motor element and a compression element in a sealed vessel, sets the inside of the sealed vessel as a suction pressure space, and has an oil storage part at a bottom part, and the compression element comprises a cylinder, a roller, a vane for partitioning the inside of a cylinder chamber formed between the cylinder and the roller into a suction chamber and a compression chamber, and a main bearing and a sub-bearing for sealing both-end opening parts of the cylinder. Also, the rotary compressor comprises a suction pipe arranged at the sealed vessel, and introducing a gas into the suction pressure space, a cylinder suction pipe for supplying the gas in the suction pressure space into the suction chamber, a small hole formed at a side face of the cylinder suction pipe, and an air bubble pump for introducing oil in the oil storage part into the small hole. The air bubble pump comprises a liquid lifting pipe with its lower end opening into the oil in the oil storage part and its upper end opening opposite the small hole, and an air sending passage for introducing the gas in an internal peripheral side space of the roller into an opening of a lower end of the liquid lifting pipe.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】圧縮機の回転速度が増加しても冷凍サイクル内の油循環率の増加を抑制する。【解決手段】密閉型ロータリ圧縮機は、密閉容器内にモータ要素と圧縮要素を収納すると共に、密閉容器内を吸入圧力空間とし、底部には油貯溜部が設けられ、圧縮要素はシリンダと、ローラと、シリンダとローラとの間に形成されるシリンダ室内を吸入室と圧縮室に区切るベーンと、シリンダの両端開口部を封止する主軸受及び副軸受を備える。また、前記密閉容器に設けられ、前記吸入圧力空間にガスを導く吸入管と、吸入圧力空間内のガスを吸入室に供給するシリンダ吸入管と、シリンダ吸入管の側面に形成された小孔と、油貯溜部の油を前記小孔に導くための気泡ポンプを備え、気泡ポンプは、下端が油貯溜部の油中に開口し、上端が前記小孔に対向して開口する揚液管と、ローラの内周側空間のガスを揚液管の下端の開口に導く送気通路を備える。【選択図】図1 |
